NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) will take place on Saturday, 7 May 2022 at 2:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

•  To present the 2021 Annual Report;
• To present the Auditor’s Report;
• To appoint auditors for the ensuing year;
• To re-elect members of the Board and
• To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Board of Directors of the AGN encourages you as Members of the AGN to attend the Annual General Meeting in person at the Gallery; located at 55 King Street West, Victoria Hall, West Wing, Third Floor, Cobourg, ON.
