2023 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To present the 2022 Annual Report;
2. To present the Auditor’s Report;
3. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year;
4. To re-elect members of the Board and
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The Board of Directors of the AGN encourages you as Members of the Art Gallery of Northumberland to attend the Annual General Meeting.
