Art Gallery of Northumberland Calls for Submissions for 44th Juried Exhibition
Submissions being accepted for both emerging and established artists in a variety of mediums.
COBOURG, ON (Saturday, July 30, 2022) – The Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) invites emerging and established artists living and working in Ontario to submit to its 44th Juried Exhibition offering artists exposure to the Northumberland County community.
The exhibition will run from November 19, 2022 – January 7, 2023, at the Art Gallery of Northumberland with an Opening Celebration and awards presentation on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 1 p.m. The Juried Exhibition welcomes artists to submit works in a variety of mediums including paintings in any medium, drawings, ceramic, mixed media, fibre art and sculpture, photography.
“Each year we host a vibrant juried exhibition showcasing a wide variety of artists and art works from across the region and beyond,” said Olinda Casimiro, Executive Director of the Art Gallery of Northumberland. “This fall we celebrate our 44th Juried Exhibition offering participating artists both exposure to the Northumberland County community, as well as an opportunity to meet fellow artists, encourage activity in the visual arts and most importantly support artists.”

How to Submit Artwork
Emerging and established artists must complete the Call for Submissions form upon submission of work to the Art Gallery of Northumberland on November 15, 2022. Please follow the online instructions for submission requirements and payment instructions.
Works of art completed within the last two years are eligible for entry and can be submitted at the Art Gallery of Northumberland, 55 King Street West, Third Floor, West Wing, Cobourg, Ontario, during regular business hours on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Entry Fees
There is a non-refundable $20 entry fee for AGN Members and a $30 entry fee for non-members per artist and up to two pieces may be presented for the jury’s consideration.
